What’s with the *?…Usually when there is a * that means that if you look somewhere else on the page it says something else about that thing, but does that * mean that you cut the words from the verse short??? Any way, nice words… (I just kinda decided to say all that, because probably the most posts you would get was “Nice” or something like that…:]

There is nothing more worthy for my eyes that the Word of God…Jesus…Lord of all.
Yeah, it’s horrible when we get so caught up in other things that we think are worthwhile…but really when you get down to it is quite worthless. What a wonderful light we’d be if we would just keep our focus constantly on Jesus and the mission He has for us.
With so many worthless things pulling at our attention, time with Jesus and his Word become a stuggle.
Turn my eyes from worthless things …..
It’s funny how we get distracted by things that are “important”, then we come to find out they aren’t as “important” as we thought they were. They’re really quite worthless. So we try to focus on the things that really ARE important, until we forget AGAIN. *sighs* Isn’t our God so awesome? Forgiving us, no matter how many times we come up short or fail Him. So thanks for the verse and reminder.
Hello Chelz, I noticed that you came for a visit Down Under to my site and thought I would come and say hi. Do read correctly that you are Ra’s mum? She is a real sweetheart ~ you must be very proud of the wonderful, fun young lady she is growing up to be. I am a mother of 4 daughters myself. Daughters are so special are they not!?!
I also have noticed that my subs list has an amazing amount in common with your subs list. (0=`~ …….. and to think the ‘commonosity’ (yeah, I make up words) started with a certain fella living in Thailand I like to call Chuckles.
Well blessings to you and yours from me and mine.
Your aussie sister in Christ,
Narelle
Ah…cool….Sweet…ice…not nice bed…
OK, obviously you have more than one picture of a polar bear, or at least where you got it from there was more than one pic., for, before the picture appears it says ‘Polar2′…just something to say… :]

*hurrumph…….I did write you an astoundingly witty, yet amazingly touching response to your comment on my site (thankyou by the way..*curtsie) but it seems that something xanga ate it! This of course leads me to the one thing i feel needs to be expressed at this time………
*pout
I shall TRY to recapture the beauty of the perfect comment, but do realise that a comment like that only comes along once in a commentator’s life…..therefore please do not be too harsh with this, the second best version:
Yes, children and their irresistable addiction to growth….it does seem to be such a shame the speed and ferver with which they tend to throw themselves into such a pursuit. I am quite certain that when I was young, such growth took twice as long as it does now……but then I suppose that WAS at the dawn of time….there wasnt this hurried lifestyle as there seems to be now.
My eldest, Tiffany (luvyalongtyme) is turning 16 this coming Saturday. Where does the time go? Her birthday hails the begining of the birthday landslide for us. Tiff the 05/26, Cassandra 06/05(93), Elissa 06/10(97……my last to leave single numbers for double digits), my hubby Mark 06/12(round about there and a bit more), me 06/30(never you mind) and of course Katrina who is stuck off by herself in the booneys, 08/13(95). As I have already enquired…….WHERE DOES THAT TIME GO TO!?!
Oh that comic that you mentioned sounds just too close for comfort! Though mark would never read it…grins..and I dont read the newspaper except on Sundays when we get home from church. Just so you know that i dont partake DURING the sermon, as I have seen before in another church.
*raises right eyebrow

Your aussie sis in Christ,
