The most important thing in the World is that WE know Christ!

Interesting tip I read yesterday: If purchasing tickets to fly, do this on Tuesday or Wednesday because they seem to be cheaper on those days. I am not sure why but just thought I would pass that along.

new recipe I tried last night

    “Chinese Take-Out” Lemon Chicken

    1 Tbsp. oil
1 lb. boneless skinless chicken breasts, cut into strips
1 pkg. (6 oz.) snow peas (about 2 cups), trimmed
1 pkg. (4-serving size) JELL-O Brand Lemon Flavor Gelatin
    1 Tbsp. cornstarch
    1/2 cup chicken broth
    2 cloves garlic, minced

HEAT oil in large skillet on medium-high heat. Add chicken; cook 4 min. or until cooked through, stirring occasionally. Add snow peas and peppers; cook and stir 2 min.
MIX dry gelatin mix and cornstarch in small bowl. Add broth, dressing and garlic; stir until gelatin is dissolved. Add to skillet. Reduce heat to medium; cook 3 min. or until sauce is thickened, stirring frequently.

SERVE over hot cooked rice, if desired.

  • Jell-o chicken? Wow, and I thought I cooked weird food! Was it good?

  • It sounds good…was it?

More than us knowing Christ, it is more important to make sure that He knows us. “Many will say to Me in that day, Lord, Lord, have we not prophesied in Thy name? and in Thy name have cast out devils? and in Thy name done many wonderful works?
And then will I profess unto them, I never knew you: depart from Me, ye that work iniquity.” They knew Him, but He never knew them.

    Love,
    Susan
